EXIN USA presents second ISO/IEC 20000 Launch & Pilot

After a successful launch and pilot meeting of the new ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management Qualification Program in April 2008, EXIN USA now announces a second event on June 12 and 13 2008 in Austin Texas at St. Edward’s University. During this meeting we will present new Professional exams for ISO/IEC 20000, the independent Standard for Quality in IT Service Management.

On Thursday June 12th we will present the exams leading towards the following certificates:

• Professional Certificate Management and Improvement of ITSM Processes according to ISO/IEC 20000
• Professional Certificate Support of IT services according to ISO/IEC 20000

On Friday June 13th we will organize a pilot for two additional ISO/IEC 20000 Professional Level Certifications:

• Professional Certificate Alignment of IT and the Business according to
  ISO/IEC 20000 
• Professional Certificate Control of IT Services according to ISO/IEC 20000

Qualified participants will be given the opportunity to take one or more of these exams on June 12 and 13, 2008.
