On April 10 2008, EXIN and NEEA (the National Education Examinations Authority of the Chinese Ministry of Education), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) including a mutual understanding on the collaboration with regard to “Test Administration” for the independent EXIN exams in China.First of all the focus of this collaboration between both parties will be on operational services, thus facilitating the exam-related services in China. EXIN’s CEO, Mr. Joep van Nieuwstadt, is very pleased with the agreement and believes this cooperation will lead to a long-term and valuable cooperation. “The relationship we have established with the Chinese Ministry of Education is another milestone that we have achieved in the Chinese region and the support of NEEA will ensure the further dissemination of EXIN examination services in China”.
NEEA is an institution working directly under the supervision of the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE) and is established by the MOE to exclusively organise educational, social and foreign examinations.
