Accreditation of Training Providers

Accreditation of training providers
EXIN accredits organizations and training providers in order to ensure the quality of the training or education programs they provide. For anyone attending a training course, accreditation guarantees that they receive professional guidance and supervision in preparation for the independent exam. EXIN accreditation offers significant competitive advantage to individual players within the IT training sector.

Accreditation or contracting
EXIN accredits training institutes, exam centers, trainers, supervisors and training materials. EXIN offers attractive package deals for multiple accreditation. Accredited training providers can also contract accredited trainers and supervisors, or purchase accredited training materials from Accredited Courseware Providers. In this way EXIN ensures that accreditation is accessible to all training providers.

Companies developing courseware can become EXIN Accredited Courseware Providers (ACP). In order to become an Accredited Courseware Provider, EXIN will assess whether the courseware sufficiently prepares the course participants for the EXIN exam. We have created a list of courseware providers (pdf) currently accredited by EXIN.

Conditions for accreditation
Quality requirements imposed by EXIN on educational programs for which accreditation is requested include:

  • Training materials are in compliance with EXIN’s quality and exam requirements;
  • Trainers are able to supervise exam candidates with their intake assessments, assignments, essays and papers, in accordance with the requirements specified for this purpose.
  • Training providers have extensive experience in their professional fields and are certified at the appropriate level.
