ITIL Succesful Candidate Register

ITIL® candidates who have passed ITIL examinations are eligible to join the ITIL®  Successful Candidate Register available online through the ITIL® Official Site. This online register lists candidate name, exam and candidate number.

Have you successfully completed an ITIL exam by EXIN and want your data to be included in the ITIL®  Successful Candidate Register ? If so, please fill out this form and submit it to EXIN.
