The first groups of ITIL Service Managers from across the globe have earned their ISO/IEC 20000 Consultants/Managers certificate in June. This advanced certificate is part of the new Qualification Program in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000. The successful candidates took part in a two-day training held in countries including the Netherlands, England, Japan and the U.S. and was concluded with several key examinations.
Navigating best practicesThe program teaches professionals how to use ISO/IEC 20000, the international, independent standard for quality in IT Service Management, as a compass to guide their way in the complex universe of standards, best practices and frameworks in the field of IT Service Management.
Exclusive trainingsMore than 200 ITIL Service Managers took part in trainings organized by EXIN after which they were able to complete the exams for ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation Bridge and the Professional Management & Improvement of ITSM Processes (PMI). These successful participants are now officially part of the first group worldwide to have the honor of being Consultants/Managers in IT Service Management according to ISO/IEC 20000.
